Dear Long Term Care Facilities, TMS Wound Healing Service is always looking for clinically
proven and effective methods for treating chronic non-healing wounds. Being knowledgeable of the most recent and upcoming
technologies and treatments is critical to the success of our clients and patient. Plus, our future depends on it. In the ever-changing field
of Wound Care, new advancements have been made in clinical therapies, that when utilized, will better insure CMS Guidance
Compliance. The November 2004 guidelines revised by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services have fostered a favorable
format for quality wound care in Long Term Care settings. They've addressed the need for treating resident wounds to
include "active promotion of healing" as well as "the prevention of the onset of new wounds". As
a result, we have updated our protocols to include clinically proven therapies to address these new wound care standards.
We will be able to provide you easy to use visual aids to assist in the identification and treatment of wounds plus comprehensive
treatment guidlines that provide definitions and care for those wounds that we see on a daily basis. Advancing Wound Care is our primary concern and compliance to CMS Guidelines is a critical part of the
success of TMS and our LTC clients. If you would like to explore how the TMS Team can assist you and your facility achieve
CMS Guideline Compliance, please call us at 248-569-2695.
Sincerely,
Dr. Mary
